The archaeological park of Paestum

Paestum called Poseidonia by the Greeks, is an ancient city of Magna Graecia whose name under the Romans became Paestum. Inside the wall perimeter which is still present and can be visited today, it is possible to navigate its easily recognizable inhabited area: the forum, the temple of Hera, the temple of Neptune, the temple of Athena which are entirely UNESCO heritage sites.
